For the past several years, nonprofit educational institutions in Puerto Rico have been struggling through economic crises, natural disasters, and COVID-19. Like so many other schools across the country, they have to address complex challenges to offering adequate educational services to those they serve and, in many cases, wondering how long they can keep their doors open.
Concéntrico has partnered with schools like The Palmas Academy in Humacao, Puerto Rico, advising and providing strategies that can be implemented over the next several years, leveraging practical approaches to fundraising, taking advantage of available tools, seeking grant funding, and ensuring constant stakeholder engagement through numerous
mechanisms.
Our approach involves phases of assessment, research, and analysis, followed by the design of a report that provides a blueprint for institutions to achieve the fiscal health they seek and better support the students they serve.
